What’s prompted this post is that I’m sick of seeing good people continually making costly mistakes when buying & investing in property. Initially this has cost good people tens of thousands of dollars and in the long term hundreds of thousands!
So this is what I have decided to do…
I’m going to be coordinating private group sessions on addressing the pitfalls of buying property and also the strategies of reviewing existing portfolios.
